Mr. Zalesky is a 20-year member of the Chicago Board of Trade. He was an Independent Floor Trader in the US 30-Year Treasury Bond Pit from 1983 to 1988. In 1988 Mr. Zalesky was a member of the London International Financial Futures Exchange where he was an Independent Floor Trader in the UK Gilt Pit. From 1989 to 1991 he returned to the CBOT as an Independent Floor Trader in the Bond Pit. In 1991 he became a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange where he was an Independent Floor Trader in the S&P 500 Pit. From 1992 to 2000 he co-managed the floor trader divisions of Geldermann, Inc., First Options of Chicago and the Gelber Group. Mr. Zalesky has tutored and mentored many emerging traders since 1992, providing guidance and education, while helping emerging traders achieve their goals. Mr. Zalesky is the author of "The 25 Rules of Trading Discipline" and has spoken on the subject of trading discipline and trader behavior at many futures industry conferences and expos.

Mr. Zalesky co-founded eLocal, LLC (later renamed eLocalAccess, LLC) in March 2000. eLocalAccess provides futures, Forex and equity brokerage, execution and trader advisory services to independent floor traders and brokers at the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange, individual electronic traders and institutional traders.

Mr. Zalesky is a Managing Partner of TradeMaven Group, LLC, eLocalAdvisors, LLC (an NFA registered Commodities Trading Advisor and Commodity Pool Operator) and Van Buren Partners, LLC (a Futures Proprietary Trading Firm)

Mr. Zalesky holds the Series #3 and Series #7 registrations with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
